Good golly that’s some nifty fish they got over there at the Ocean Club. Chef Jared Yazvac really knows how to fix it, too. He rubs grouper in spice, peppers the heck out of some exquisite Tuna loin, pan sears enormous Diver Scallops and tosses tender, fried Calamari ($9) in sweet Thai chili and drizzles it with molasses. Then, there’s an ambience that is the perfect venue for a moment’s repose before returning to the bustle of crazed consumers that is most of Easton.
